Cognitive Intelligence Development ("CID", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Aim mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive your name, email address, and a unique account identifier. If you use Sign in with Apple with email hiding, we only receive your relay email.
Goal Data: Goals you create, milestones, subtasks, and completion status are stored to provide the service. This data is associated with your account.
Subscription Data: We store your subscription status (free or premium), transaction identifiers, and expiration dates to manage your access to premium features.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as feature usage, session duration, and app events. This data is not personally identifiable.
Crash Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and error logs to improve app stability. Crash reports may include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash.
When you create a goal, the goal title, timeframe, and daily time commitment are sent to our backend server, which uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate milestones and tasks. We do not send your name, email, or other personal information to AI services. Goal titles are processed for content safety before generation.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore) with security rules that restrict access to your own data. All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account and goal data are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 14 months.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the effective date above.
