Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aim mobile application ("App") provided by Cognitive Intelligence Development ("CID", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aim, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Aim is a goal-setting and habit-building app that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized milestone plans and daily tasks. The App offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free Tier: Includes up to 3 goal generations and 2 active goals.
• Premium: Available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($59.99/year) subscription, providing unlimited goal generations, unlimited active goals, and milestone regeneration.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create goals involving illegal, harmful, or dangerous activities
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

6. AI-Generated Content

Aim uses AI to generate milestones, tasks, and motivational content. This content is provided for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You are solely responsible for how you act on AI-generated suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by CID. You retain ownership of any personal data and goals you create within the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
