How do I log a meal?

Go to the Food tab, tap the green "Log Food" button, search for the food, select texture, amount, and reaction, then save.

How does the nutrition wheel work?

The inner ring shows 6 food groups (greens, protein, fruits, grains, dairy, fats). The outer ring shows key nutrients (iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin C, omega-3, fibre). Dots light up as you log foods that contain them.

How do I track supplements?

On the Home tab, scroll to "Vitamins & Supplements" and tap the + button. Add your supplement name (e.g. "Vitamin D"). Tap the pill each day to mark it as given.

How do I use the breastfeeding timer?

Go to Milk tab, tap "Log Feed", select Breast, and tap "Start Timer". The timer counts in real-time. Tap Stop when done — it auto-fills the duration.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from both the device and our servers.

Is the nutrition advice safe?

All guidance is based on peer-reviewed research from the AAP, WHO, NHS, and EFSA (2020+). However, TinyTaste is not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your paediatrician for specific concerns.
